Free calculators and generators

The calculators and document generators on the Resources page are provided free of charge as a convenience. Their results are estimates based on the figures you enter and on general rules; they do not take into account every circumstance that may apply to your business. Please check important figures with a qualified adviser before relying on them for filings, payments or business decisions. Documents you generate with these tools are your responsibility.

Online quotations

• Prices shown in the quotation configurator are calculated from the turnover, transaction volumes and other details you enter, and are in UAE dirhams (AED).
• Prices exclude 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Government, Federal Tax Authority (FTA), free-zone and other authority fees are not included.
• Prices marked as indicative, and any custom quotes, are confirmed only after we have reviewed your requirements and the complexity of your records.
• An online quotation is valid for 30 days. It is an estimate and does not create a contract. Our engagement starts only once we have both signed an engagement letter, which will set out the agreed scope, fees and terms.
• If your actual turnover, transaction volumes or requirements differ from what you entered, fees will be adjusted to the matching price band.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, uploading files that contain viruses or harmful code, or trying to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and the Aequora Auditing name and logo on this website belong to Aequora Auditing or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Logos of free zones, authorities and software providers shown on this website are trademarks of their respective owners.
